1. The basic requirements for employees of JSC "Ganymede"
Every kind of human activity (scientific, educational, artistic, etc.) correspond to certain types of professional ethics.
Professional ethics forms - these are the specific features of professional activities that are aimed directly at the person in different conditions of life and work in the community. The study shows the types of professional ethics diversity, diversity of moral relations. For each profession a special significance or that professional moral standards.
Psychological analysis of employment is mandatory initial phase of work in the field of industrial psychology. He plays the role of the foundation on which to build any specific study. Depending on the task, the angle of view from which analyzes the profession is subject to change. But the psychological study of occupations can be more independent and theoretical aspect.
The variety of types of work has advanced and confronts the psychology of the labor problem psychological classification of occupations, identify common characteristics of psychological traits of different types of labor, finding that unites the other hand, divides the profession from a psychological point of view. [1]
Psychological studies of specific types of work called professiografirovaniem or professiografiey (job description), and the result of a study - professiogram.
Professiograme includes a whole set of characteristics:
on this type of work;
technical and economic characteristics;
social,
socio-psychological,
sanitary and hygienic characteristics of working conditions.
Dedicated to the old Soviet professiogram characteristics of psycho-called professionally important feature and treated them as a set of psycho-called professionally important signs and treated them as a set of mental processes and personality traits, which are updated in this type of work and influence its outcome.
The peculiarity of medical ethics is that it, all the rules and principles of evaluation focused on human health and improve its preservation. Reflected these standards were originally set out in the Hippocratic Oath, which was the starting point for creating other health professional and moral codes.
Employees of JSC "Ganymede" have a pharmacological or medical education, therefore, talking about medical ethics, we can safely attribute data of workers in this category.
Psychological study of occupations held by a variety of schemes, which include questions covering all the professional stuff. This scheme can be called a guideline. It contains a total of six points.
The first point - Feasibility description. This technology, equipment, rules, payment of labor. (Employees of JSC "Ganymede" work in shifts, 40 hours a week, pay 2 times a month)
The second point - the organization of work and working conditions in this particular production facility. We have in mind the social and physical conditions. (With regard to social conditions, then we can talk about what they are unfavorable due to staff turnover and inadequate staffing policy)
The third point - is the documentation regarding staff turnover, materials for possible accidents. These are questions of possible errors that can occur when performing work. (As mentioned above, the turnover in the organization is very large. Accidents and errors were not, in any case, this is not reflected in the documentation)
The fourth point - it's the most detailed description of the work, that is, that the sequence in which a person does during the day, what are the components of his work. (Employees of JSC "Ganymede" - pharmacists and, therefore, they are engaged in the sale of dosage forms)
The fifth point - this requires that the general and special training required for the job. (To work in an organization needs medical or pharmacological education, only with this condition are selected workers)
The sixth point - this is a psycho-physiological characteristics of employment, which describes the important features of a professional, activated by this activity, and then synthesized in professiogram [2]. (From the work of competent pharmacists depends on the health and lives of the people, therefore, one of the most important personal qualities is the competence of employees)
2. Dynamics of Health
In the process of work performance, that is, a person's ability to work a certain kind, and accordingly, the functional state of the body are subject to change. Maintaining the optimum level of efficiency - the main goal of a rational regime of work and rest.
You can not build modes of work and rest without human performance and the objective needs of the body to rest at certain periods of his work. In order to address human physiological capabilities should develop such an order of alternation of work and rest time, to determine the duration of such, which would provide the greatest efficiency and productivity.
Physiologists have determined that performance - the value of the variable and this is due to changes in the character of the physiological and psychological functions in the body. High performance for any type of activity is only ensured when the work coincides with the natural rhythm circadian rhythm frequency of physiological functions. In connection with the established daily life periodicals in various lengths of time the human body reacts differently to physical and neuro-psychological burden, and its efficiency and productivity during the day are subject to certain fluctuations. In accordance with the diurnal cycle of the highest standards of efficiency observed in the morning and afternoon hours - from 8 to 20 hours. Minimum efficiency - at night. Particularly poor period of 1 to 4.3 hours of the night.
For the dynamics of human performance during the day, week, characterized by the same pattern as for the performance during the shift. At different times of the day the human body responds differently to physical and neuro-psychological burden. According to the daily cycle of its highest performance level noted in the morning and afternoon hours from 8 to 12 hours of the morning, and from 14 to 17 hours a second. In the evening the performance decreases, reaching its minimum at night.
During daytime operation the lowest usually observed between 12 and 14 hours, while during the night - from 3 to 4 hours [3].
When building a weekly regime of work and rest should come from the fact that human performance is not a stable value for the week, and is subject to certain changes. In the early days of the week performance gradually increases due to the gradual entry into the job.
Reaching the highest level on the third day, performance gradually declines, slumping to the last day of the week. Depending on the nature and severity of the labor efficiency weekly fluctuations are larger or smaller.
Based on knowledge of the performance curve changes weekly, we can solve a number of practical issues. The nature of the curve weekly performance justifies the feasibility of establishing a working period of not more than six days. [4]
3. Professionally important features and condition of employees of JSC "Ganymede"
All variety of mentality, anyway, is manifested in the work of man, but at the same time, these manifestations are of a different character, which is caused by specific to each occupation objects and tools, as well as labor problems. To explore this diversity highlight the important features of a professional can be carried out according to the following plan; psychological characteristics of sensory activity, attention, memory, emotional, volitional, and personality traits.
Sensory activities require along with visual perception, no less and auditory perception, fine distinction noise discriminating pitch and timbre of sounds, etc.
In addition to the analyzer must be borne in mind particularly the very nature of perception.
Professional features of mental activity. Thinking is a necessary component of any activity, but thinking as a professional is an important feature, especially isolated in those occupations where it is necessary to evaluate any situation requiring the adoption of certain decisions depending on the situation and the implementation of it in the form of some appropriate action, which is typical of a pharmacist.
We imagine that the scientific and technological progress, mechanization, automation of all time, increased demands, even in blue-collar jobs, to thinking. In fact, in many activities it is difficult to separate the physical and mental work.
In many types of manual labor is most often the case, the so-called visual-thinking. But there are kinds of work, especially in automated systems where the role of the intellectual component is much higher. We have to assess the situation on a number of parameters to find a solution taking into account the probability of occurrence of an event, choose different actions, depending on changing situations. [5]
Professional features of motor activity properly considered sensorimotor coordination, even in cases where the motor component of the extremely simple;-press a button or lever. Why? Because every motor activity caused by sensory component and the implementation of this action is controlled by the same sensory component.
Professional needs attention, which performs the function of monitoring activities can not be separated from the perception of thinking, it is always present in any activity. But in different professions individual properties of attention have different meanings. There are professions that require a long period, during the working day sustained attention and periodic its concentration, which is also characteristic for the employees of JSC "Ganymede."
Generally in the labor force is very difficult to separate the distribution of attention from his shift.
Professional features memory. Memory is always needed regardless of the types of labor. But we're talking about professionally important signs of memory for types of labor. The fact is that most of the load on the memory required for training in the job when the skills are not yet formed, but when formed the basic skills, but when forms the basic skills, then the memory load is reduced. The driver did not need to think about which hand or which leg movement and what needs to be done. But there is a profession in which the memory is one of the most important features. For example, in the work of the apothecary, where required for a short period of time to keep in mind the provisions of the situation. In this case we are talking about short-term or RAM as the most important professional sign [6].
Professional features emotionally volitional personality. In the psychological analysis of employment, emotional and volitional better read in conjunction with the characteristics of the individual. If we talk about any activity, it is to him a certain attitude, emotionally experienced. Why is that? This is due to the motives, the needs of the person with an interest in the work. This, for example, the common emotions at work. They may be positive or negative.
Positive emotions, such as it is content with his work, a sense of duty competition. On the other hand, can be a negative emotion. It is, first of all, for those cases where people are working though, but this work is not to their liking. They carry her out of a sense of duty, perhaps in good faith.
In the psychology of work in a number of cases it is necessary to consider another point of emotions. This mood today, which affects the performance, that is the mood in which a person comes and does the job.
It is also important to take into account the specific emotions that are caused directly the specific employment. These emotions are distinguished primarily as professionally important. They are divided into two subgroups.
The first subgroup - those emotions that bind human interaction with the staff in the process of this kind of collective labor.
The second subtype of professional emotions - these are the emotions that arise in the course of the work itself.
A number of professions have specific requirements for a variety of other specific characteristics: accuracy, organization, pedantry, in some cases, sociability or closure.
Along with the study of professionally important signs to look for individual characteristics of the person on the individual style of his work as one of the ways of human adaptation to the occupation. In order to understand the specific features of individual style of activity, it is necessary to conduct a comparative analysis of those workers who perform the same work, using different techniques and actions.
Conclusion
At present, increasing the value of ethics and professionalism in the management of different types of jobs. This is due to the desire to constantly improve the professional quality in relation to the changing social relations.
Professional ethics of the society can not represent the absolute truth in human behavior. Each generation has to solve them again and again on their own. But the new development should be based on the moral reserve, created by previous generations. Psychological classification of occupations needed for the theory of the psychology of work, the most important for understanding the role of psychological factors in the work. It is needed for practical research. Many studies could be carried out much faster if already developed a certain typology of professions. But there is not a strict uniform approach to the classification of occupations, the main drawback of many of them was that they came from a special role, the prevalence of a single mental process in this type of activity. Proposed classification for special attention as the peculiarities of intellectual activity, but it is certainly a one-sided approach.
Work Psychology and Psychophysiology studying patterns of mental activity of people in work in view of the socio-historical and specific production conditions, and the individual characteristics of the person working.
Existing work suggests that, in the sphere of work pharmacists have formed the main indicators of susceptibility to the profession, which you can find out whether the person is suitable for the job or not.
